How Amazon Labor Union Beat Bezos

The ALU on Staten Island just successfully unionized an Amazon warehouse facility. After Chris Smalls was fired for protesting unsafe working conditions, he and other organizers at the Amazon facility worked tirelessly to create a union, and by god they finally did it. Being the first unionized Amazon facility in the US, let's take some time to analyze the successes of this union election.

[1] Just wanted to clarify in case someone interpreted this point in bad faith, I'm not saying simply having a black guy as the union President might have won over POC in the workplace, I'm saying the company calling him "inarticulate" may have moved some POC from the facility to support the union.
[2] If we look at all the money and top down organizational planning that goes into a lot of right wing movements, we see they rely on that money and structure. Nice to see a left wing moment can survive almost entirely on its own.
