The oil cooler lines on these trucks are notorious for being seized/stuck on the cooler side on the lines. I tried heat/breaker bar/penetrating oil and nothing was working. It was just rounding off the bolt and tweaking the cooler. I had to remove the cooler, cut the lines, and then use an impact wrench to break the corrosive bond. Hopefully this info helps, cuz this "1 hour" job turned into many more hours that I had planned for....
