Quick tips:
1. Speed pourers work by allowing rapid flow of air into the bottle as the liquid is poured out.
2. I think it's good practice to stick the pourer into the bottle such that the label faces towards the customer depending on which hand you will mainly be pouring that bottle with.
3. When jiggering - place the jigger right up onto the glass such that it is stable when you're pouring into it and when you pivot it into the shaker.
