→ Join me as we endure this all-night flight up the Pacific Coast on this United Express E-jet! We push back from San Diego's gate 43 and get a great view of the jet I just flew in on — the United Star Wars plane! If you haven't seen those videos, they'll be linked below! As soon as we get clearance to taxi, we make the long taxi to the end of runway 27 on taxiway B and are greeted by a stunning skyline, compliments of downtown San Diego! As we await clearance to enter the runway, a FedEx heavy jet lands. We line up and wait, then tear on outta San Diego, straight up the Pacific Coast of California. We get great views of most coastal cities (including Los Angeles) and get to experience the serenity of a night flight. Can't beat it! As we begin our final descent into San Francisco, we make turns to join the Quiet Bridge visual Runway 28L and land. A short taxi later and we are at the gate.
