This video is the 2nd part of a 3 parts series on the topic of Direction. Direction is a part of the Basic of Navigation chapter in ATPL General Navigation subjects. This video discusses how the Direction Components, which consist of Direction Datum and Direction Lines. Direction Datums used in General Navigation are True North, Magnetic North, Compass North, and Grid North. Direction Lines used in General Navigation are Course, Track, Heading and Bearing.

Part 1 of the series will discuss the basic of direction, and Part 3 will discuss Grid Direction or sometimes referred to as Grid Navigation.
