HEAVY LOBSTER IS BACK!🦞‼️

What’s going on guys 😎 It’s Typho, back with another remix, and HOPEFULLY another banger for all of you to enjoy 🙂‍↕️🙏

So, not sure if you knew but I’m trying out a new video-making/editing process. Basically what I’m doing is just making smaller videos that allow me to upload more frequently so that you guys can enjoy more remixes and remasters from yours truly 🤭 “But Typho! What about all of the art! What about the moving backgrounds!!!?” Ah, dear viewer, don’t fret, I will still be making those videos 😎 They are NOW known as my “larger-scale” videos or just my “BIG” video. I’m looking to upload one of those once a month or once every month, still trying out this new process so NO PROMISES YET 😅 but I’m doing my best 🙏💜

As for the remix…. BREAKCOREEEEEE 🥁💥
MAN I love the amen break. And all of its iterations. It’s so fun to work with and surprisingly very versatile in remixes. Heavy Lobsters theme always had so much potential to me, it’s a short one, I think the original song is literally a minute loop. So I decided to amp it up, add some different sections, and TOTALLY rewrite the vibes of the song. I’ve loved the lead melody of the song for its unique rhythm, it almost sounds off but it works so well when drowned in a bit of reverb. I THOUGHT about using a choir for the lead melody but eventually settled on a simple string-synth to bring out the wideness of the sound better. I’m really happy with how the whole remix turned out, from the breakcore drums, to the resonant bass booming in the background. And gosh using Heavy Lobsters footstep sounds was SO FUN. I’ve always loved that sound as well so I’m glad I found a space for it in this remix!

As for the art, I only drew the heavy lobster you see in the thumbnail! It was a bit of a late realization when brainstorming these new smaller video ideas. I was like, wait, how am I gonna make thumbnails if I have no art to steal from 🥲 (aka steal from my own art) SO, I took it upon myself to just draw Heavy Larry the Lobster real quick, only took me about 5 and a half hours so it wasn’t that big of an undertaking. But from now on I suppose I’ll just draw one character from whatever game I’m remixing and throw it on the thumbnail 😎

But anyways guys, I really hope you enjoy this remix and I hope you’re all looking forward to more smaller videos such as this one! And also…. WE ARE 500 SUBS AWAY FROM 5k SUBS HOLYYYYY CHRISTT WHAAAAAT ⁉️⁉️⁉️ insane stuff, truly. I love you guys, see you soon! 💜
