#44 - Trieste, Italy - City centre and around (1/2)

From Serbia via Croatia to the EU. But is it too late? ;)
This time it's Italy and the beautiful city of Trieste. I've been there several times, both in the 80s and recently, and I've enjoyed it each and every time. A really nice city. Not bike friendly, unfortunately, but nevertheless a place where I always feel at home (perhaps I live in a bike unfriendly city? ;)).
Since I'm not terribly familiar with Trieste and it was a Sunday, this is simply an easy ride through the centre and a few more spots. A nice experience ruined, to some extent, by Slovenian customs officer but more on that in the movie. ;) In this - part 1 - you'll see XX Settembre, Ponterosso, Piazza Unita, Teatro Romano, Caffe Tommaseo and Zampoli :), the train station and the coastline. All the way to Torri d'Europa.
