"Ode to Joy" ("Ode an die Freude") from Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in D minor op. 125. This version was transcribed and arranged by romantic composer and pianist Franz Liszt. The original text was written by Friedrich Schiller.
I think during these days our ability to imagine has become very important. Right now many borders are closed and we are seperated from each other. But if we feel connected in our hearts and in our minds we can get through this time together. Like imagination this music has never known any borders, so I hope this piece can offer consolation to people around the world.
