7 Days Overnight Camping and Fly Fishing in Patagonia (Hosted Travel)

*In March of 2025, the Travel Fish Film crew traveled, fished, and filmed down in Patagonia, Argentina.*

Our good friends from Aguas Arriba ESPN https://aguasarriba.tv/ — Pablo, Fran, and Nehuen — were kind enough to invite us back to the waters of Southern Argentina that they call home. For our first week, we hosted two of our buddies from Boise, Idaho (Blaze and Davin) on Cardumen's / AA club's 7-day overnight camping trip, run with Patagonia Outdoor Logistics.

That week gave us everything we love about Patagonia: a TON of river time, incredible food, savory wine, and nights under the stars. We enjoyed it so much that we’ll be hosting another Cardumen // AA Club trip in March 2026.

From that adventure, we’ll be dropping **3 full films**:
🎥 A long-form video/vlog showcasing the full 7 day experience — the rivers, camps, food, and raw, authentic fun. (THIS ONE!)
🎥 Two additional videos focused on the *Puyen minnow migration* — swinging flies on trout spey, fish hammering it on the swing in fast water, and even a once-in-a-lifetime side channel feeding frenzy we couldn’t believe we captured.

On top of that, we’ll release a *4th video* — the launch of our brand new series: "CHASING GIANTS." Episode 1 of Chasing Giants takes us place on the legendary Limay River Superior, where Nico Rivero of Guides Patagonia pushes us harder than ever in search of massive migratory browns and rainbows using spey tactics.

🔥 That’s 4 videos total from this Patagonia trip — each one capturing a different side of Patagonia fly fishing. Hosted travel, camping under the Argentine stars, timing epic trout migrations, and chasing true giants.
