Rick stops the car before it hits Ridge. Ridge demands Steffy to get out, and he tells Rick to leave her alone. Ridge admits that he still shaken up about Phoebe’s death and asks Steffy to stay away from Rick for Phoebe’s sake. Rick wonders if he and Ridge will ever reach a common ground. Rick and Steffy decide to call off their relationship because of Ridge’s reaction to them only driving in a car together, but they cannot resist each other. Thorne tells Eric that he feels like the forgotten child/employee. He feels the Logans are going to hurt Forrester. Nick asks Katie indirect questions to see if she is involved with the stolen Forrester Designs. Nick tells Jackie that he believes Katie has nothing to do with the design. Nick and Jackie looks at a picture of Forrester employees to decipher which Forrester employee is sending the emails. Katie is impressed with Eric’s design, but Eric is worried about her relationship with Nick. Later she wonders why Eric keeps talking to her about confidentiality. Gloved hands type something on the computer. Jackie believes this will save their company, but Nick reminds her that this will ruin Forrester.
