The video exhibits a 3D construction for an ex-vivo wholemount retina showing : 1) stained cells' nucleus in blue . 2) the existence of PVP-DIL-CFSE nanoparticles signal in red (excluding CFSE signal) inside the retinal blood vessels and in the retina parenchyma confirming the blood-retina-barrier passage.
