The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) is the apex body for Sri Lankan Marketers, which was founded in 1970 and subsequently incorporated by an act of Parliament in 1980, recognizing it as the National Body for Marketing and a ‘not-for-profit’ organization. We are mandated to uplift the Marketing profession in Sri Lanka, professionals from numerous industries in an honorary capacity.

ශ්‍රී ලංකා අලෙවිකරණ ආයතනය (SLIM) ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය අලෙවිකරුවන් සඳහා වන ප්‍රමුඛතම ආයතනයකි. 1970 වසරේදී ආරම්භ කරන ලද ශ්‍රී ලංකා අලෙවිකරණ ආයතනය 1980 වර්ෂයේ දී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අලෙවිකරණය සඳහා වූ ජාතික ආයතනය ලෙස පාර්ලිමේන්තු පනතක් මඟින් සංස්ථාගත කරන ලදී. එය අද ශ්‍රී ලංකා වාණිජ හා කර්මාන්ත මණ්ඩල සම්මේලනය, අලෙවිකරණ පර්යේෂණ ආයතනය සහ ලෝක අලෙවිකරණ සංගමයට අනුබද්ධ ආසියානු අලෙවිකරණ සම්මේලනයේ සාමාජිකයෙක් වේ. SLIM ආයතනය අලෙවිකරණ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අනාගත අවශ්‍යතා වටහාගනිමින් අලෙවිකරණය පිළිබඳ පාඨමාලා 18ක් මේ වනවිට සිසුන්ට හඳුන්වා දී තිබේ.
