This vid will help you make a light, durable, and convention safe cosplay prop based on Hei's Daggers from Darker than Black
Tools and such:
Drill, assorted bits and a small circle saw
Jigsaw
C clamps, maybe
machine screws for pilot holes
Paint Primer and brush
Spray: I'm using Rustoleum Painter's Touch, semi-gloss black, and Metallic Aluminum
Paint: Rustoleum Metallic Aluminum
1/4 inch MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard)
pen
wood glue
exacto knife, think that's it
All can be found at the hardware and craft store.
