We used Birch Benders pancake/waffle mix (just add water + oil for that crispy armor texture), then topped them with a homemade cherry compote — boiled frozen cherries with a squeeze of lemon, dusting of cinnamon, and splash of syrup — plus bourbon syrup + whipped cream on top.
Sweet, tart, and just dangerous enough to make Vader proud. 🍒💀
