Have you asked the question Can I smoke meats on the griddle? In this video, we're showing you how to smoke meats on the griddle... yes it can be done (if you have a griddle that has a hood that can be lowered while the heat is on). These 3 different smoked meats on the griddle (pork tenderloin, chicken breasts, and chuck eye steaks) came out fantastic, and I guarantee that if you put them side by side with some smoked meats from a pellet smoker, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference!

I'll show you how to start a smoke tube and where to put it on the Halo griddle, what burner configuration to use for the perfect smoking temperature (about 250-275 degrees), where to put your meats on the Halo while they're smoking, and more.

Then, once the internal temp of our griddle smoked meats gets to where we want it, we'll crank up the temp on the flat top grill and sear them off to finish.

My wife and I were both amazed at how good these smoked then seared meats on the griddle were! And this method also works great for ribeye steaks... just be sure that your griddle can be on for 1-2 hours with the hood down (different griddle brands have different recommendations in their manuals).
