Today I'll be sharing one of my favourite lucid dreaming techniques: All Day Awareness. This technique, also known as ADA for short is simple and easy to perform, and also has the added benefit of helping you be more mindful throughout your day to day life. It functions similarly to meditation, by making you more aware (as the name suggests) of your senses throughout the day. This leads to you being able to more easily discern the difference between waking reality and a dream, and results in a higher frequency of lucid dreams.
