President William Ruto has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing construction of the world-class Talanta Sports City in Nairobi, a project poised to significantly boost Kenya’s sporting profile. Speaking during a visit to the facility today, the President announced that the sports complex, which will feature a football pitch, athletics track, and rugby training grounds, is on track for completion by December this year, well ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
