• Fresh green chilies - 1 kg
• Cummins seeds - 6 tspn
• Fennel seeds - 12 tblspn
• Yellow Mustard - 12 tblspn
• Coriander seeds - 6 tspn
• Fenugreek seeds - 4 tspn
• Mustard oil - 750 ml
• Asafoetida (Hing) - 1 tblspn
• Turmeric powder - 1 tblspn
• Kashmiri Chilli powder - 2 tspn
• Black salt - 1 1/2 tblspn
• Kalonji seeds - 3 tspn
• Salt - 5 tspn
• Vinegar - 5 tspn
📌 Method:

2️⃣ Roast the aromatic spices and grind them to coarse powder
