Tami Wooden was one of the best examples of a female bodybuilder looking great while absolutely huge and muscular. Standing at 5'3" tall and weighing around 170 pounds, her conditioning was still very hard during this 1998 session, even though she was in her off-season shape.

This video contains footage from both WPW and Ray Martin. For the WPW session, Tami was in her massive off-season shape, performing some very heavy lifts in the gym, then poses in four different outfits and is interviewed. For fans of the WPW cinnamon dress, Tami stretches the dress to its limits in this video, both dry, then going for a dip in the hot tub and poses with the already tight dress soaking wet. After this, the video moves on to the Ray Martin footage, while stil huge, her conditioning was leaner and harder as it was getting close to her contest that year.

Tami shows off her impressive physique throughout this video, flexing her 17-inch biceps, among other impressive poses, both her upper and lower body are huge and very well developed, and the very attractive blonde looks very young facially for being almost 40 at the time this was filmed! Tami is easily one of the best looking female bodybuilders with one of the best off-season looks of all-time!
