Sentinel Prime is the Ultimate Traitor

If in Dark of the Moon, Sentinel betrayed Optimus Prime and was willing to sacrifice Earth for his ambitions, then in Transformers One, he goes even further! Sentinel betrays his own planet, sacrificing vast amounts of Energon just to appease the Quintessons, while forcing his own people into hard labor. From this, we can see that Sentinel Prime seems destined to be a perpetual traitor. What are your thoughts on this?
