Begin in child's pose. Find support in the lower body to let the upper body soften onto the strength below. Move through hips and twists to standing balances and seated forward folds.
Come As Your Are (CAYA) yoga classes and mindfulness practices are designed to meet you where you are each time you arrive. This practice promotes balance for times when you come to your mat mentally balanced and physically tired (for an obvious reason), twitchy, light, achy, or weak. This is a good evening practice.
