Chicks hatched in incubators tend to have more developmental issues than those hatched under a broody hen. There can be a number of reasons for this, like temperature, humidity, egg turning, etc. So if you’ve ever hatched chicks in an incubator, chances are you’ve encountered some chicks born with leg issues, such as splayed leg, broken leg, or in this case curled feet or toes.
Today , I decide to share my experience with a chick that hatched with a curled foot. She made a miraculous recovery and is now a little over a month old and doing well.
