How to do the Embrace on the Pole Tutorial. This one is for ALL levels of polers! No inverting required for this one! This elegant shape starts from a pole sit or a climb. It can be done on spin or static pole so try it on both and see which one you prefer. This one is a great pose for a pole photo shoot whether it's a professional photo shoot or an impromptu one with your phone camera!
