This is the ninth lecture in a series of senior level undergraduate lectures on group dynamics that I created and have been teaching for many years. What makes someone a good leader? Are leaders born good leaders or is this a skill that anyone can learn? We'll explore all of these facets of leadership and look at the effectiveness of different styles of leadership. We'll ultimately look at how all leaders should aspire to be transformational leaders who are able to inspire loyalty and trust in the people that choose to follow them.
