Nursing Job Interview Questions + Answers │Med Surg edition

These are some of the questions that I remember from my own nursing job experiences as a general medicine nurse and how I answered them. I have divided the questions into personal and medical questions - timecodes down below. One question that I forgot to mention is "Where do you see yourself in 5 years". I find this question is to see if you would be a long term employee in the organization. Hospitals/organizations don't want to train new employees only for them to leave a short time after. They want to know that you are committed to staying at the organization long term. I am probably forgetting other questions but these are the ones that I remember and have stuck with me throughout the years. If you think of any other questions let me know in the comment section.
