Today's episode is meant to show how easy it is to twist bible stories to suit one's theological needs. Specifically today I provide the full and correct context on the biblical character of Elijah that the BibleProject conveniently left out. Also, I am aware I am only reacting to a short, so one might say, well if given more time they would have covered the rest like I did. Wrong, in their full video on the book of kings, they give even less attention to Elijah. Also they had 60 seconds to fill however they want. Purposely choosing the 3 stories they did and framing them the way they did while leaving out crucial context is the clearest definition of the lie of omission. If christians want to use their bible, they need to use the full thing.
