Portland Police Chief Bob Day holds a news conference after U.S. Border Patrol shot two people during an attempted “targeted vehicle stop” in East Portland.
What’s confirmed so far: PPB says the shooting happened near Adventist Health Portland (SE Main by I-205). The two people drove away and were later found near NE 146th Ave & East Burnside. The FBI is leading the federal investigation.
