The ACL Diaries: Months 3 and 4 Super Recap

ACL Recovery is no joke.

It’s a full time job really.

On November 11 2024 I got ACL Surgery using a hamstring graft & cadaver graft.

It was hard to document everything, but I hope this is helpful to anyone going through ACL or similar surgery and gives you a clear picture of what months 3 & 4 might look like.

Everyone’s journey is different, and I hope documenting mine provides so value to you.

In month 5 I’m prioritizing building strength in my hamstring so that my leg is functioning at 100%.

After that…
