Portuguese Egg tart recipe:

Portuguese Egg tart filling recipe:
400g Heavy whipping cream with 35% fat or higher
170g fresh milk
80g white Sugar
180g Egg yolk
10g Vanilla paste
Mix everything until combined
1. Thaw out AOKUN tart shells in room temp for 30mins-1 hour (1 pack of size 206/60pcs)
2. Make egg tart filling, fill up the tart shells then Bake at 200C degrees for 18-20mins or until golden brown in color. Let it cool.
