Watch this video, where we look at Management 3.0’s Celebration Grid.
Organizations fail and succeed regularly. However, I would argue that many of them don’t do this with intentionality. Their successes are repeatable, sure. But so are their failures. How do you incentivize organizations toward minimizing failures and maximizing successes?
By not changing anything!
Well, that’s not totally true. What I mean is don’t approach the outcome of more successes by trying to change things. Rather, approach it with experiments! Now, experiments aren’t good unless we do them to learn. Hence the preference to Learn Fast instead of Fail Fast.
