German Food Taste Test | Maultaschen (German dumplings) & Buttermilk | Food & Drink

In this episode of Food & Drink you will see German food: traditional Swabian dumplings called Maultaschen and buttermilk. Maultaschen are German dumplings and usually filled with a mixture of pork and beef or veal, herbs and spices. The consistency of the filling is similar to a sausage. The dumplings are very versatile, you can put them in a soup, fry them with egg or eat them with gravy and potato salad. All variations are delicious ;-)
