MNQ/MES April 17, 2025 (ICT) - no audio

What a day...I over traded, chased, and yea, held no discipline during today's trade. The first trade that I got actually went well in simulation, should have stopped there but just kept going.
It gets tough but I got this. Building discipline and patience takes time.
This video also doesn't have audio... I think my mic was off the entire time. Yikes.
