Go-Ahead held a bus garage open day to the public at Stockwell on 11/06/2022. For 1 day only an multitude of heritage route rides were running on routes 77A and 181.
This Volvo Ailsa B55 Alexander was serving route 77A towards Parliament Square and back to Stockwell Bus Garage.
Not familiar with this bus, more so as before my time, but seems very nice sounding.
Please note on 5:47 , some minor editing to zoom an on road event. This was to obscure the event, to keep this video family friendly.
On an personal note, many thanks to the 2 enthusiasts who kindly chose to sit opposite me rather in in the front in respect of me recording this solid journey. Once again this was appreciated. :)
This bus is owned by London Bus Company in Kent (thanks, Alican Harry Reilly!)
