In this episode, I traveled to the Philippines to play the Grade 1 national tournament Asmara Open. Competing in the tournament is the Philippines' top player in men's, Alberto "AJ" Lim! AJ and I sit down the night in this interview before the finals where he plays the second top ranked player, Jed Olivarez.
AJ reached a career high in juniors of 12 in world and currently sits around 1100 ATP. We go through his tennis journey from when he first started playing tennis to his dominating juniors career to his struggles as a professional Filipino tennis player. Honor to have you on the pod, AJ. Cheers!
