Royal Talens is a Dutch brand, and they offer 2 watercolor ranges. Their more traditional Rembrandt range, that is also vegan (except paints with the pigment PBk9), has a wide range of colors, and while I haven't tried it, I think I will in the future, as it is a major European (I'm in Europe) vegan artist grade range, there aren't so many of those (Lukas is another option I need to investigate)!
Van Gogh seems to be their Student grade (it is very affordable, but I haven't seen it called that) with a smaller color range, focusing on more affordable pigments (no cobalts for example). It offers a nice range of colors, and the prices are very competitive, pans and tubes. I will definitely consider these when I run out of shades like Quin Rose or Ultramarine blue.
