The GWM Catch Up Day 4: Season-shifting showings and wildcard stunners set up initial men’s Quarters

Xavier Huxtable got proceedings off and firing after disrupting Italo Ferreira’s dream run in 2025 before Jake Marshall’s jaw-dropping Round of 32 showing. Filipe Toledo tapped into excellent form and put his opponents on notice moving into the Round of 16. Ethan Ewing stole the show with an impeccable 9.43 and 9.33 before wildcard Morgan Cibilic secured his place into the Quarterfinals. Remaining Round of 16 bouts are on schedule and more fireworks await when competition resumes.
