Learn how to bake biscuits in pressure cooker/cookies in idly stand by Desitadka. Ingredients and the recipe is very simple.
Ingredients-1/2 cup clarified butter
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup gram flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbsp fine semolina
1 Tsp cardamom powder
1 Tbsp chopped almonds or any other nuts
2 tbsp milk

Method to prepare eggless cookies in idly stand

1. In a bowl mix gram flour,all purpose flour,cardamom powder and fine semolina
2. In another bowl beat clarified butter and powder sugar till creamy 
3.mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients and make a dough
4.Make small balls and slightly cut with knife
5.Apply some milk and push some dry fruits on it
6.Place prepared balls in to greased idly stand
7.Place idly stand into pre heated pressure cooker.Cover lid and bake them for 10-15 mins on low flame.
8.Once cookies are golden brown in color remove from idly stand and carefully take them out.
