Lion's Mane Burgers! Burgers that Boost Brain Function

We grew our own Lion’s Mane mushrooms using a ‪@NorthSpore‬ kit and turned them into the BEST burgers we’ve ever had.

🍄 Sautéed lion’s mane + ground beef = juicy, savory, perfection.

In this video, we harvest from our mushroom bucket, sauté the lion’s mane in butter, mix it with ground beef, onion, garlic, and seasonings… and the result? You’ll just have to see for yourself.

Ingredients:
-2 lbs ground beef
-2 cups lion's mane mushrooms, diced
-1/2 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic crushed
-1 1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
