Here's a look at the many vintage jello molds that adorn the upper walls of the Cavalcade kitchen studio. Over the years I have received my questions and comments about these molds, so I wanted to talk about them and provide a closer look.
These molds were intended to be both functional and decorative and most were made with rings so they could be put on a hook or nail in the kitchen and displayed. Gelatin salads were popular side dishes and desserts for a number of years, and these molds helped people create some spectacular shapes with their jello creations!
