It’s a lot more easier than you think.
Ingredients I used:
500g boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
few curry leaves, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 to 3 tsp red chilli powder (or as needed)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tbsp powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp thick dahi/yogurt
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 to 2 tbsp cornflour
oil for frying
