Defense of the King James Version - Inferior Translation?

One of the most common things I hear against the KJV other than the archaic language, is that it is based on an inferior manuscript and inferior scholarship. In this video I share my thoughts on whether or not this is based on anything solid. My opinion tends to make both the KJV only and the KJV never folks mad! I simply do not believe we have to buy into the narrative that the Critical Text or the Textus Receptus are inferior.
I believe, while there are some differences, we have evidence of preservation of the word, by almighty God himself. To have so many manuscripts from such a large window of time with so much overwhelming agreement is unprecedented. Even when you throw in the Latin Vulgate and the Greek Septuagint, it is pretty remarkable. I admit, there is a lot I don't know, and I am sure there are some original document Geeks that can take me to task, but I am happy with what we have today and I think it is amazing!
