【CDT百科】“历史的垃圾时间”是什么梗？

“历史的垃圾时间”是媒体人胡文辉在文章《历史的垃圾时间，文化的悠长假期》中所提出的一个概念，文章于2023年9月19日首发于其个人微信公众号“历史的擦边球”上。胡文辉将苏联1979年至1991年这段时间定义为历史的垃圾时间，认为苏联最后一任领导人戈尔巴乔夫“只是让这段垃圾时间早点结束罢了”。此外，他也认为崇祯皇帝杀掉袁崇焕后，明朝便已经进入垃圾时间。
