Proprioception is your awareness of body in space. It’s the ability to sense its position and movement, like an internal GPS. It relies on sensors in your muscles, tendons, and joints to keep you balanced and coordinated. In this session, closing your eyes will also challenge your proprioceptors and force the body to rely more on internal signals and other senses.
We are going to challenge the balance to improve core strength with breath, bounce and dynamic movement to assist and activate deep stabilizers. You’ll need a hard reflex ball and circle resistance band.
