This video is a tutorial on how to use TimeSert steel threaded inserts to repair damaged/crossthreaded/pulled threads in aluminum. The same procedure can be used on steel. In this example I repair the threads in an engine block that were pulled when somebody used an impact wrench to over tighten the bolts. The procedure used in this video is universal and can be used in any threaded hole but the engine block is a R18 in a 2015 Honda Civic.
