Hiii & welcome to my kitchen and three of my favorite dinners!👩🏼🍳💞 In this video, I’m sharing what I ate for dinner this week - 3 delicious and cozy recipes that are perfect for weeknights. Whether you're cooking for yourself or someone special, these ideas are flavorful, simple, and satisfying. Let me know which one you’d try first!!
All recipes serve approximately 2 people
Steak Tacos 🌮
2 Steaks (400gram)
Cheddar
2 Tomatoes
1 Red onion
1/2 a lemon / lime
1 clove garlic
Some Jalapeños
1 Avocado
Cumin
Chili flakes
Ground Coriander
Paprika
4 to 6 tortillas
Season the steaks and let them rest while you prepare the toppings.
Make the salsa and guacamole, and grate the cheese. Heat up a pan with a little oil and sear the steaks to your preferred doneness.Once done, remove the steaks from the pan. In the same pan, add cheddar and tortillas to melt the cheese slightly and warm the tortillas.Finally, slice the steaks and assemble your tacos. Enjoy!
Drunken noodles 🍜
Spring onion
Ginger
Garlic
Red onion
Carrot
Broccoli
Chili
Oil
4 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Fish sauce
Rice noodles
Chicken breast (400gram)
Soak the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Chop all the vegetables to your liking and arrange them on a plate so they’re ready for the wok. Prepare the sauce. Cut the chicken and heat up the wok on high heat with some oil. Start by frying the chicken. Once cooked, set it aside.
Next, stir-fry the vegetables, then add the chicken back in along with the noodles and sauce. Toss everything together and serve hot.
Asian Salad 🥗
Fish sauce
Soy sauce
Chicken drumsticks (400gram)
Chili
Paprika
BBQ powder
Roasted sesame seeds
1 pinch of sugar
1/4 of a red cabbage
1 head of romaine salad
1 Carrot
Ginger
Garlic
1 Avocado
Spring onion
Season the chicken, place it on a tray, and bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 45 minutes. Wash and roughly chop the veggies, then add them to a large bowl. Make the sauce — everything is by eye, so just add as much as you like! Slice the spring onion and avocado, and roughly chop the peanuts. Assemble everything in a bowl and enjoy!
