🫘 Dal Makhni – Complete Ingredient List
For Boiling Dal
• Sabut Urad Dal – ½ cup (soaked overnight)
• Rajma – 2 tbsp (soaked overnight)
• Water – 2½ cups (for pressure cooking)
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Haldi – ½ tsp
• Tej Patta – 1
• Mustard Oil – 1 tsp

• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
• Ginger Garlic-paste (with 1 tbsp water) 2 tbsp
• Tomato Paste – 1 cup
• Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Water 1 cup ( or as needed to adjust consistency )

• Desi Ghee – 2 tsp
• Green Chillies – 2 (slit)
• Ginger – 1 inch (julienne cuts)
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste – 2 tsp

• Butter
• Fresh cream
