Here is a brief overview of the five intuitive channels we explore:

1. Clairvoyance (Clear Seeing): Receiving information through images, symbols, or visions, either with your eyes open or closed.
2. Clairsentience (Clear Feeling): Perceiving intuitive messages through physical sensations, emotions, or energies.
3. Clairaudience (Clear Hearing): Hearing guidance through internal sounds, words, or external messages like a meaningful song lyric.
4. Claircognizance (Clear Knowing): Experiencing a sudden, certain knowing or insight without knowing how you know it.
5. Clairpretend (Clear Play): Using playfulness, curiosity, and "pretend" to bypass resistance and activate your other intuitive channels.
