Was having a problem with a Crimped Wire along the Ribbon cable causing a Short in the Print Head. Elegoo sent a replacement cable AND surprisingly a Printhead to replace it.
Thought it might be useful to post this for someone looking into How to Replace the Cable and Change the Printhead of the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus/MAX 3D Printer.
