PREMIERE PRO EXPORT settings for VP9 (how to make a gaming video)

These are my premiere pro sequence and export settings, my elgato settings and my NVIDIA GeForce Experience recording settings. That will allow for the high quality encoder on YouTube, the VP9. It is a longer video but it goes into detail about my process in recording and editing a gaming video and uploading to YouTube.
