She spent her early career as an advisor and debt counsellor for the Citizens Advice Bureaux, a free UK advice service, before transitioning into supportive housing, where she worked with people experiencing homelessness. After two decades, she changed direction and retrained as a hypnotherapist, specialising in working with clients with trauma. She studied Psychology and Sociology (BSc Hons.) and has since helped thousands of clients regain their sense of power and safety.
